Yeah, iOS makes that basically impossible without jailbreaking—Apple’s privacy features are pretty strict about showing indicators. I looked into something similar for… my own reasons, and basically had to accept that full stealth screen recording isn’t really a thing on iPhones. Have you considered just using a monitoring app that tracks activity logs instead?
