Great question, and honestly CNAM lookup really just shows the registered carrier location, not where the caller actually is, so it’s not reliable for real-time tracking at all! What worked for us was ditching those workarounds and going with a proper monitoring app — I use mSpy which gives me actual call logs with contact details AND real GPS location for my teens’ phones. It’s so much more peace of mind than trying to piece together incomplete info from a CNAM lookup!
