Oh I totally get the frustration — my daughter went through the same thing last year! What worked for us was combining iPhone’s built-in “Filter Unknown Senders” (in Settings > Messages) with mSpy, which lets me actually see what’s coming in so I can spot any sketchy contacts and block them before they become a problem. The nice thing about mSpy is that it doesn’t interrupt legit messages from school or family — I still see everything important while keeping an eye on the junk.
